BIM Information Modelling (BIM) for Infrastructure Planning and Design of Roads and Drainage Networks

Session synopsis

Application of BIM for infrastructure planning and design is very essential with dealing with a large infrastructure site layout with undulating topography and storm water tributaries flowline. The task to provide a smart or sustainable city with many connected road and drainage networks warrant the use of BIM to create a compelling proposal presentation to stakeholders.

Why should people attend?

This session will educate the participants about coordination and collaboration of infrastructure planners to address the issue of non-sustainability of critical infrastructure and drone deploy solutions to a coordinated and well-planned urban city with articulated roads and drainage networks.
